Emmanuelle Cornuz Rigaud is a PhD Student in European asylum law at the University of Bordeaux. After a Master’s degree in general European law, she specialised on the Common European Asylum System under the supervision of the Professor Anne Marie Tournepiche and Catherine Gauthier. Her research focuses on the convergence of asylum procedures in the EU, including the procedures related to the examination of a claim. In this regard, she is also interested in EU administrative governance and agencification.
